What is happening after you have made an order?

1. After receiving an order form you we confirm it with an appropriate e-mail message, and we state as following:
   • The realization term: day and hour; type of translation ( regular, fast, urgent, immediate)
   • Range of service: regular/ professional translation
   • The price
2. Once in 4 days we send an e-mail message to inform our Customer about advancement of work as for the order, and the final term of realization - in this way you will always know what is happening with your order.
   
3. After completing the work we send ready-made translation by e-mail or inform you by phone; if by e-mail, the translation will be attached as a standard Word document, If by phone we agree the delivery details.
   

If you should have any corrections to the translation ( please write an e-mail or give us a phone call ), they will be made within 48 hours.
